Helen Harding graduated in 2005 from the Welsh Institute of Chiropractic with a 1st class honours degree in chiropractic.  Helen has worked as a Chiropractor in Chester since graduation, where she has continually strived to develop both her skills and knowledge base.

Helen has vast experience treating a wide range of conditions and has helped people of all ages and abilities. She has a special interest in pregnancy and paediatric care, utilising gentle techniques including Cranio-Sacral Therapy and techniques specifically developed for pregnant women and children.

Outside of clinic Helen enjoys canicross, a sport which involves running whilst harnessed to your dog (mostly trying to avoid being pulled over by Toby, a 35kg German Shorthaired Pointer!)

Helen is fully registered with the General Chiropractic Council (GCC), and is a member of the British Chiropractic Association (BCA). In addition to this, Helen is also a licentiate member of the Royal College of Chiropractors (RCC), and was awarded specialist membership of the Pregnancy and Paediatrics faculty in recognition of her training and special interest.

Matthew Glancy graduated from the Welsh Institute of Chiropractic with a distinction in his Masters degree. Matthew is also registered with the General Chiropractic Council and the British Chiropractic Association.

He is passionate about treating a wide variety of patients and enjoys seeing all patients in general practice. Matthew has a special interest in headaches related to the neck and preventing migraines.  He has undertaken further training in dry needling (‘western medical acupuncture’), which helps to support his gentle chiropractic care.

Outside of the clinic he enjoys spending his time experimenting in the kitchen (and testing the results!), exercising in the gym and going for walks in the countryside. As a result, he is enthusiastic about encouraging and supporting people who want to achieve a healthy lifestyle.

Katrina, Angie and Bev are our friendly receptionists, they have a wealth of experience and will be delighted to welcome you to the clinic and assist you with any queries you have.

….and not forgetting Toby and Dora!

Toby (aka The Toad), the devilishly handsome German Short haired Pointer, and resident clinic dog. The Toad enjoys long walks, preferably ones with the opportunity to chase a few birds!

Dora is also a German Shorthaired Pointer, she’s a rescue dog with a lovely temperament and particularly enjoys digging in the garden…!
