Meet the Team

helen_2Helen Harding graduated in 2005 from the Welsh Institute of Chiropractic with a 1st class honours degree in chiropractic.  Helen has worked as a Chiropractor in Chester since graduation, where she has continually strived to develop both her skills and knowledge base.

Helen has vast experience treating a wide range of conditions and has helped people of all ages and abilities. She has a special interest in pregnancy and paediatric care, utilising gentle techniques including Cranio-Sacral Therapy and techniques specifically developed for pregnant women and children.

Outside of clinic Helen enjoys canicross, a sport which involves running whilst harnessed to your dog (mostly trying to avoid being pulled over by Toby, a 35kg German Shorthaired Pointer!)

Helen is fully registered with the General Chiropractic Council (GCC), and is a member of the British Chiropractic Association (BCA). In addion to this, Helen is also a licentiate member of the Royal College of Chiropractors (RCC), and was awarded specialist membership of the Pregnancy and Paediatrics faculty in recognition of her training and special interest.

shannonShannan Dobb graduated with a Masters Degree in Chiropractic from the McTimoney College of Chiropractic and is fully registered with the General Chiropractic Council (GCC). Shannan’s interests lie in general practice using diversified chiropractic, muscle energy technique (MET) and soft tissue release to treat and help patients with a wide range of conditions. Having trained in both McTimoney and diversfied chiropractic, Shannan uses a combination of both techniques to benefit the patient in treatment. Outside of clinic Shannan enjoys the outdoors by cycling, hiking and canoeing in the Lake and Peak Districts.

Tracey, Bev and Claire are our friendly receptionists, they have a wealth of experience and will be delighted to welcome you to the clinic and assist you with any queries you have.

…and not forgetting Toby and Dora!

Toby (aka The Toad), the devilishly handsome German Shorthaired Pointer, and resident clinic dog. The Toad enjoys long walks, preferably ones with the opportunity to chase a few birds!

Dora is also a German Shorthaired Pointer, she’s a rescue dog with a lovely temperament and particularly enjoys digging in the garden…!
